This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO. Our client is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to support the launch and growth of a new Des Moines studio. This highly visible role will focus on new business development, market penetration, relationship management, and serving as a brand ambassador within the local business and A&D community. The Account Executive will play a key role in developing new client relationships while also managing incoming transitions from an established dealer presence in the Iowa market. This individual will frequently meet with clients, leverage the new showroom/studio as a client-facing space, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial engagement through project completion. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of hunter-style business development experience, with additional experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, or project management viewed as a strong plus. Candidates should be self-driven, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where relationship building and client engagement are critical to success.
