Account Executive - Drayage

What you'll do Own your accounts end-to-end: quoting, pricing, contracts, and service delivery Drive lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and our CRM and sales intelligence stack Pull in the exec team when it helps you close strategic accounts What you bring Proven track record building and growing a book of drayage or intermodal business Strong negotiation chops and the ability to price competitively without giving away margin Working knowledge of 3PL operations, carrier sales, dispatching, and transportation planning Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships Experience with UIIA, port operations, or FSMA/food-grade freight The upside Uncapped commission.
