Job Title- Account Executive P/T Hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm Overview Are you a driven sales professional who loves building relationships and closing new business? Arrow Staffing, a boutique recruiting firm based in Matawan, is expanding — and we're looking for an Account Executive to help us grow our client base and strengthen existing partnerships. What You'll Do Prospect, cold call, and network to build new business. Schedule and conduct new client meetings weekly. Generate new job orders each week . Partner with recruiters to ensure exceptional service delivery. Run email campaigns in HubSpot to drive awareness and leads. Work within our AI-based sales leads system to follow-up with companies looking to hire good talent in clerical, light industrial, accounting, customer service and IT areas.
