Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join our team and drive our client relationships to new heights. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help foster long-term partnerships, expand business opportunities, and contribute to our company's growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals eager to excel in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service Identify new business opportunities via outbound calling, warm calling, and targeted marketing campaigns Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and demonstrating product or service benefits Manage inbound inquiries efficiently while proactively reaching out to prospects through telemarketing efforts Experience Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and sales processes Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable Knowledge of technical sales processes and customer service principles to address complex client needs effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Prior experience with CRM tools, marketing strategies, and business development initiatives will be advantageous
