We are looking for an experienced Account Managerto lead a large-scale, multi-service contract across catering, soft services, cleaning, and logistics within a complex global account environment.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term client partnership across a high-value strategic account. You will act as the key interface between the client and operational delivery teams, ensuring services are aligned, commercially sound, and consistently delivered to a high standard.

A strong background in catering management, soft services, and multi-site operations is essential, along with proven experience leading diverse teams in complex operations. This role requires a confident, people-focused leader who can build cohesion, develop teams, and take them on a journey of continuous improvement and performance excellence.

As an Account Manager you'll:

Lead the delivery of profitable growth across existing and new client contractsDevelop and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships at senior levelAct as the strategic interface between client stakeholders and operational teamsOwn and deliver account development plans, including SLA management and risk mitigationDrive innovation, continuous improvement, and service transformation across all areasOversee commercial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the accountLead, develop, and motivate large, multi-disciplinary teams across catering and soft servicesEnsure consistent delivery of high service standards across catering, cleaning, and logisticsEmbed strong governance, compliance, and health & safety standards across the contractLead change management, mobilisation, and continuous service improvement initiativesSupport succession planning, training, and capability development across the teamWhat we're looking for:

Strong background in catering, hospitality, soft services, or facilities managementProven experience managing large, diverse, multi-service teamsStrong people leader with the ability to build cohesion and high-performing teamsCommercially strong with experience managing P&L and contract performanceConfident managing senior client relationships and stakeholder engagementExperience in change management, service transformation, or mobilisationStrong understanding of operational governance, compliance, and service deliveryWhy Sodexo?:
