Account Manager

Account Manager Grand View, ID 83624 $19 an hour - Full-time $19 an hour - Full-time We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team. The Factoring Account Manager will be responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of OTR customers and will support our underwriters with the training and on-boarding of new clients.

Responsibilities:

Walk new clients through our factoring software, demonstrating the process of submitting invoices, performing credit checks, and running reports. Approve and process advance requests - In a timely manner each day as we have payment cutoff times. Maintain an excellent rapport with the clients as the day to day relationship manager Coordinate monthly portfolio reviews to ensure satisfactory aging performance, make follow up calls based on reviews

Required Skills:

Understanding (or ability to quickly learn) of all facets of accounts receivable financing including invoicing, approving, credit, collections, documentation etc.. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Experience in maintaining a positive working relationship with clients while managing the credit risk to the organization. A self-starter that will get tasks done timely and look for additional ways to mitigate risk and streamline processes.
