Account Manager The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality landscaping services. This position blends customer service, sales, and project management to support client satisfaction, drive account growth, and contribute to the overall success of Ceres Landcare. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and long-term partnerships. Conduct regular site visits and check-ins to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. Address questions, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally. Account Oversight Manage all aspects of client accounts, including budgeting, service schedules, and contract renewals. Partner with operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Monitor project performance to maintain standards, timelines, and client satisfaction. Sales & Business Development Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals for enhancements or new projects. Support lead generation efforts and help convert prospects into long-term clients. Team Coordination Communicate client expectations clearly to field and operations teams. Provide leadership and support to crews to ensure alignment with client goals. Participate in team meetings to stay aligned on priorities and service needs. Administrative Duties Prepare and maintain account documentation, including agreements, invoices, and performance reports. Use CRM and company software to track activities and maintain accurate records. Education & Skill Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in Ag Business, Horticulture, Ag Science, Landscape Maintenance, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant & Soil Science, Environmental Design, Turf Grass, or Landscape Architecture. Strong customer service skills with the ability to identify and resolve concerns. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Key Attributes Confident, polished communicator who can represent Ceres' high standards.
