Account Manager Trainee

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business management. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers and team members to learn the ins and outs of our operations, with a focus on technology sales and account management. Duties Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand company policies, procedures, and products. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth. Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs, enhancing customer satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce for managing customer accounts, tracking sales activities, and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Growing their sales and communication skills Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. Effectively managing multiple customer accounts and consistently growing their book of business Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. Experience A background in technology sales or technical sales is preferred but not required. Demonstrated leadership abilities through previous roles or projects. Familiarity with account management practices is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and information. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn from feedback.
