Expected Pay Range:

$20.50/hr-$23.50/hr, non-exempt

Bonus:

This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You'll Do Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Communicate pricing, inventory status, lead times, and shipping information to set clear expectations. Proactively address out-of-stock items and collaborate with Sales and Operations to identify alternatives. Own customer issues from intake through resolution, including quality and documentation requests. Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to support account growth strategies, quotes, and samples. Provide service updates and contribute to planning discussions during weekly sales meetings. What You'll Bring Zero to one year of related customer service, sales support, or account coordination experience. Strong customer-service mindset with clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a proactive, solution-driven approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with comfort working in computer-based systems.
