Job Description
Full-Time Accountant Tackle Enterprises Tackle Enterprises is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Full-Time Accountant to join our growing team. This position requires previous accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple financial responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is personable, flexible, friendly, technology-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations and financial activities Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting Work extensively within QuickBooks Online and various SaaS platforms Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial documentation Handle accounting and financial management for company-owned apartments and storage units Track rental income, tenant payments, property expenses, and related records Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency Support ownership and management with financial analysis and reporting Maintain organized digital records and ensure confidentiality Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience required Experience managing multiple companies or entities preferred Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable required Ability to prepare, analyze, and manage financial statements including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss reports Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with QuickBooks Online Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Comfortable working with multiple SaaS/cloud-based systems Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable Ability to manage multiple companies and responsibilities simultaneously About Tackle Enterprises Mission Statement Our mission is to create high quality, innovative products that captivate the fishing enthusiast.
