Accountant

A well-established organization in Valley Center is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support full-cycle accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. The Accountant will work closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy, maintain strong internal controls, and support overall business operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIESAccounting OperationsPrepare and post journal entries to the general ledgerPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliationsSupport full month-end and year-end close processesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingMaintain accurate financial records and supporting documentationReview and analyze financial data for accuracy and completenessAssist with audit preparation and external reporting requestsSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
