Midtown Manhattan, NY (On-Site) ???? $75K-$78K Base + Discretionary Bonus Our client, a highly respected NYC real estate family office, is seeking an Accountant I to join their collaborative and professional accounting team. This role reports directly to the Controller and CFO and will support day-to-day accounting operations in a sophisticated investment environment.

Responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Cash management and reconciliations Journal entries and month-end close support Financial reporting and audit support Working closely with accounting leadership on various projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 2+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles Advanced Excel skills Technically savvy, motivated, and eager to learn Why join?
