Under general supervision of the Director of Finance, performs general staff accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, and General Ledger, job costing, inventory valuation, account reconciliations, and other related duties in daily administration of accounting. Also performs general administrative functions as needed. Responsibilities Manage full accounting cycle activities Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Perform month-end and year-end close processes Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable full cycle functions Bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with financial statement preparation Maintain general ledger accuracy Support inventory and job costing accounting activities Assist with audits and financial reporting Requirements 3+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting Advanced Excel skills preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
