Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant and Property Management professional to join our team. This role combines financial oversight with comprehensive property management responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, overseeing property operations, and fostering positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage all accounting functions related to property operations, including data entry, filing, and financial reporting using any property management systems Oversee rent collection processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping Administer lease agreements, contracts, and legal documentation while ensuring compliance with landlord-tenant law Coordinate property maintenance requests, facilities management, and vendor relations to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards Handle tenant inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and excellent customer service skills; resolve conflicts effectively through negotiation and conflict management techniques Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure adherence to legal standards and quality benchmarks; document findings meticulously Support leasing activities through upselling available units, conducting property tours, and maintaining positive customer relationships Experience Demonstrated ability to handle legal administrative tasks including contracts review and negotiation Strong background in financial administration including data entry, filing, invoicing, and reporting within office environments Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette; ability to upsell units or services effectively Knowledge of facilities management practices related to property maintenance and safety standards Office experience that includes conflict resolution, conflict management strategies, and customer relationship management Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in property management while delivering outstanding service.
