JOB DUTIES:

Compile and analyze financial information and prepare financial statements. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. Oversee accurate and appropriate recording of revenues and expenses. Monitor and satisfy both U.S. and Mexican tax return filing requirements. Assure compliance with U.S. and Mexican federal, state and local tax laws and regulations, as well as managing payroll tax audits and resolving tax issues. Report U.S. Social Security and Medicare wages and taxes, and non-employee compensation on Forms W-2, W-3, 941, 940 and 1099.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Masters Degree in Accounting and 24 months in position(s) with similar job duties, including 12 months in preparation of Mexican tax returns.
