This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a professional accounting environment while supporting a wide range of client services.

Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation of individual and business tax returns Perform bookkeeping and payroll processing for multiple clients Enter and reconcile financial data using QuickBooks and other software Prepare reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation Provide general administrative support to accounting staff

Qualifications:

Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred but not required)
