Responsibilities for this Accounting Clerk job include: Preparing monthly vendor invoices for payment Scheduling timely bi-monthly payments Preparing accruals and various AP reports for month-end Assisting with Account analysis Processing monthly manual checks Maintaining employee expense reports Accounts receivable functions when necessary Performing daily invoicing functions Assisting with payroll when necessary Conducting collection calls Processing credit memos and generating reports Assisting with month-end closing Assisting with the annual fiscal audit ing working with MSRP and ERP systems knowledge of JBA Software a plus Other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Details:
