Reports To:
Corporate Controller Position Summary AG-Industrial, Inc., a growing multi-location farm equipment dealership, is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable processing, including invoice entry, matching, and timely vendor payments Perform general ledger reconciliations and help ensure accuracy of financial records Support month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports Enter and maintain financial data within the accounting system with a high level of accuracy Assist with account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and employee records Provide administrative support for HR-related functions, including onboarding documentation and backend submissions Collaborate with internal team members across departments to support daily operations Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting software is a plus High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player Valid driver's license required Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) 401(k) with company contribution Health insurance Paid vacation and holidays About AG-Industrial, Inc.
