Job Description
Our client in Plainville, Connecticut is seeking a Contract Accounting Assistant to support daily office and accounting-related operations. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with bookkeeping experience who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with financial support tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logisticsAnswer phones, handle emails, and serve as a point of contactPrepare documents, reports, and presentationsMaintain files, records, and office suppliesAssist with data entry, invoicing, and basic administrative projectsSupport the team with ad hoc tasks as needed
