Project Coordinator Job Description Accounting Assistant/Project Coordinator Our client has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant/Project Coordinator with Construction industry experience to join their team. The duties will include the following:
Accounts Receivable:
Includes AIA billing of projects, miscellaneous billings. Collection of receivables.

Executing contracts, enrolling subs and GGR in
CCIP, OCIP
Requesting COI for each project. Requesting Bonds on jobs as needed. Filing of liens when needed. Enter budgets for projects. Set up new jobs in systems, inventory & accounting. Filing "Notice to Contractor" Processing Change Orders as needed. Support other staff members as needed.
