The day begins. You step in with purpose. Here's what it takes to succeed with us. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2+ years of accounting experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and general accounting functions
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills required
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Analyze manufacturing, labor, and overhead costs and identify cost variances
Assist with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Follow up on past due invoices, dispute claims, and perform credit checks
Maintain accurate customer and vendor records and documentation
