We're seeking a reliable and precise professional to join our team. We are seeking a candidate who can, work with our accounting and service department, respond to internal and external customer inquiries, work at a fast pace with rapidly changing technology, and much more. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Accounting Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts receivable payment application and discrepancy resolutions Accounts receivable customer communications (collections and customer inquiries) Provide superior customer service internally and externally Navigating through different financial systems throughout the day Assist in special projects and other various accounting operations duties on an as-needed basis Provides full backup administration for other accounting personnel in a specific functional area (e.g. AR, AP) when needed Adhere to New Pig's Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Associates degree in accounting, finance or related major required, bachelor's degree is highly desired or equivalent work experience Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures Possess strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Personable, eager, quick learner, and adaptable Detail oriented and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work and communicate effectively, both orally and written, with department leaders and peers Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Windows, Office, Word, and Excel New Pig is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
