Job DescriptionJob Description Crystal Communications is a family‐run two‐way radio and communications company seeking a dependable, detail‐oriented Accounting & Billing Specialist to support our financial and administrative operations. This role plays a key part in keeping our billing, payments, and accounting records accurate and up to date. We're looking for someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys taking ownership of day‐to‐day accounting tasks in a small business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customer billing and invoices Handle collections and follow up on outstanding accounts professionally Enter and maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) records Reconcile credit card transactions and payments Maintain Excel spreadsheets and accounting logs Process manufacturer and vendor warranty claims Track payments, deposits, and basic financial records Maintain organized digital and paper accounting files Identify discrepancies and communicate issues for resolution Provide general accounting and administrative support as neededQualifications:
Prior experience in billing, bookkeeping, or accounting support Strong attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency with Excel and basic office software Experience using accounting software (Sage or similar preferred) Strong organizational and time‐management skills Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly Preferred (but Not Required): Experience working in a small or family‐owned business Familiarity with service billing, inventory, or job‐costing Experience with warranty or vendor claim processingWhat We Offer:
