AP / Payroll/ Data Entry Clerk Job Description Pridestaff is looking for an Accounts Payable/ Payroll/ Data Entry Clerk for a Construction Company based in Temecula, CA. Sage experience. is a huge plus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Job Responsibilities may include:

Data entry Process Time cards•Not checks Microsoft Office Suites Coordinates, and has direct responsibility for, a project or specific set of tasks related to function or program department / business unit or site. Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties. Job Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills Processing and filling taxes Form 1095 Accounting AP Payroll Budgeting Financial reporting Analysis Excel Experience is a must Analytical and problem solving skills Decision making skills Effective verbal and listening communications skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Computer Skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs, MS Office Products, & Email.

Monday•Friday (7:00AM•4:00PM)

Pay Rate:

$22.00•$25.00 Depending on experience Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00•$25.00 Per Hour
