SUMMARY A

growing professional services organization is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily account management and administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, communicating with clients, and maintaining accurate financial records in a collaborative office environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and manage overdue account communications and follow-up activities Contact clients regarding outstanding balances and payment status updates Maintain and update spreadsheets and account tracking reports using Excel Prepare status updates and reporting information for leadership review Organize account-related documentation and correspondence Assist with daily administrative and financial support tasks within the department Ensure timely and accurate handling of account information and records

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior accounting or financial support experience is a plus Comfortable working extensively with Microsoft Excel and Office applications Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional and dependable work style
