Accounting Coordinator

CareersUSA, a leader in the staffing industry with over 45 years of experience, has another job opportunity for you: Our Client is seeking an Accounting Coordinator in Schenectady, NY. Earn $21.00 per hour at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

Provides customer service and phone support (inbound and outbound) Interact with customers to fulfill requests (weekly EFT balances, reports as requested, etc.) Enter accounts receivable transactions and adjustments Make collection calls and prepare collection letters for delinquent accounts Assist with preparation of collection documents for customers Prepare weekly reports for review and audit Maintain adherence to department and client deadlines All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience Excellent customer service skills Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Good organizational and time management skills Ability to perform basic math calculations Team-oriented mindset
