Job Description
Accounting Coordinator Strongstown, PA 15957 From $18 an hour - Full-time From $18 an hour - Full-time S B&K is looking for a Full-Time Accounting Coordinator !! The Accounting Coordinator assists the accounting department and handles some administrative duties. Accounting Coordinator Responsibilities, include, but are not limited to: Process accounts payable, and maintain invoices/receipts Process stored material requests Review, code, and approve job related AP invoices before entering for payment Issue and maintain lodging and gas cards Assist with entering shipments and returns Assist with purchase orders Assist in reviewing and renewal of certifications Assist with yearly audits, and other audits as they occur Generate month-end reports Assist with special projects, as needed Assist with adding contract information into applicable software systems Generate specialty reports, as requested Provide commercial support for global company needs Other Accounting/administrative duties, as requested
Qualifications of Accounting Coordinator :
1-3 years of experience in similar role, preferred Microsoft Excel experience Experience in construction industry, or related industry, preferred Microsoft Word Time management and organizational skills The Accounting Coordinator will work Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5:00PM. The Accounting Coordinator will be eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days of employment. The Accounting Coordinator will be eligible for PTO (paid time off) after 90 days of employment.Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type:
