Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager for Portfolio Company Dynamic Transit Products (https://www.dtproductsllc.com/) is based in Goshen, IN and is seeking an organized, hands-on Accounting Manager/Staff Accountant to help administer all of the company's financial functions and assist the CFO in generating monthly and annual financial statements.

Duties will include:

Bank reconciliations; Preparation of financial and sales reporting; Daily cash recording, invoicing and collections; Maintain general ledger, enter journal entries. Maintain expenditure records Cost of Sales Reconciliation Expense account variance analysis Assist with month-end closing process, Month end financial reports; Reconciliation of employee benefits, 401k contributions File various government reports such as sales tax return Assist annual audit, Government audit Assist & Preparation of Annual budget The candidate will have the following: Prior assistant controller work experience; 5+ years experience with general ledgers, financial statements, profit/loss; Strong Excel and Word skills including pivot tables, graphs and data analysis; Proficiency using MRP systems and reporting; Excellent organizational, follow up, professionalism, dependable, excellent accuracy, attention to detail and someone who is a fast learner.
