12.5% Role Summary Leads the Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) functions for a business unit/site. Responsible for accurate financial reporting, compliance (GAAP), process improvement, and team management . Key Responsibilities Manage AR & AP operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance Oversee accounting transactions, reporting, and financial analysis Maintain internal controls, systems, and procedures Lead month-end/year-end closings, forecasts, and budgeting support Analyze financial data, identify issues, and implement improvements Supervise, train, and develop accounting staff Ensure alignment with corporate accounting policies and objectives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years AR/AP experience ( mandatory ) 3+ years in manufacturing ( mandatory ) Experience in aerospace industry ( preferred/required as per note ) People management experience Skills Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and analysis Experience in manufacturing accounting processes Leadership and team development skills Analytical and problem-solving ability Strong communication and MS Office proficiency
