About the Opportunity We are partnering with a growing international organization that designs, manufactures, and distributes specialized products for customers worldwide. With operations spanning multiple countries, this company continues to expand while maintaining strong financial controls and disciplined processes. Operating within a manufacturing and distribution environment, this position will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and long-term growth. Position Overview The Accounting Lead oversees daily accounting operations and ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role manages accounts payable and receivable functions, supports monthly close activities, coordinates with international accounting partners, and serves as a key financial contact across internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger activities
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Serve as a primary liaison with international accounting teams
• Support process improvements and implementation of accounting best practices
• Perform and review cost accounting functions
• Manage and review monthly close activities
• Oversee invoice coding, account setup, and reconciliations
• Supervise AP processing, including invoice review and payment coordination
• Oversee AR activities including invoicing, collections, and account follow-up
• Monitor cash flow, deposits, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial reporting submissions
• Maintain financial documentation, spreadsheets, and audit-ready records Requirements
• Must be able to work onsite daily in Moorestown, NJ (no remote/hybrid options)
• Prior experience in an accounting lead or senior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end close
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with international teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree or greater in Accounting, Finance, or Business strongly preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Exposure to cost accounting
• Experience supporting audits or international reporting requirements
