Job DescriptionJob Description Accounting Manager:
Alpha Omega "AO" is an international medical device company and a leading manufacturer of equipment for Neurosurgery and Neuroscience. AO customers include world-renowned Neurosurgeons and Neuroscientists. We are looking for a talented Accounting Manager to work from our office in Norcross, GA and become an integral part of our team as we seek to achieve our company mission. The Accounting Manager is responsible for all the accounting and financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Accounting:
manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, revenue recognition, Payroll, benefits and commissions, travel reports, preparing timely monthly financial statements, support month end and year end close process
Tax:
Working with CPA office on all aspects of filing and reporting taxes, Coordinate payment of quarterly estimated taxes, and support CPA on tax audits.
Financial planning and analysis:
Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and forecast in the Alpha Omega USA, analyze and report variances, management of expenses to annual budget, and manage banks. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Manage and analyze financial and business data to support the growth of the company Support US Operations Manager and sales team to achieve company business targets.
Reporting:
Reports to CFO with dotted line to Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
4 years' experience as a controller preferably in med size companies or one of the big accounting offices Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Advanced computer skills including QuickBooks, MS Excel, and PowerBI Excellent communications and negotiations skills Able to work in a fast-pace environment
