Key Responsibilities:

Manage and advise small business clients on tax, accounting, and business operations. Review monthly reports and provide strategic guidance. Work with team members overseeing financial reporting. Prepare and review tax returns (business and individual). Provide proactive tax planning and troubleshooting. Own the client experience from onboarding to ongoing support. Use and support QuickBooks Online/Desktop (training provided).

• Work independently in team environment

What We're Looking For:

• EA, CPA, or equivalent (required).
• 5+ years in tax/accounting roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
