Accounting Office Associate

Woltz & Wind Ford is looking for an accounting clerk to perform a variety of accounting duties Monday

• Friday no overtime or weekends required

Responsibilities:

Cashiering

• Handle customer payments and refunds, issue receipts or change, post invoices in accounting, and balance cash drawer at end of shift. Receptionist
• Answer and route incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate associates, assist dealership visitors , provide callers with requested information, and perform other administrative tasks. Bookkeeper
• Process automotive deals, report sales to mfg.

, apply for & track incentives, run F&I contracts, payoff trades and inventory.

Qualifications:

Strong mathematical ability Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Prior automotive experience a plus, but not required Enthusiastic outgoing with a friendly personality Comfortable working in a busy work environment
