Key Responsibilities Process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements Assist in monthend and yearend closing processes Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

5 years of experience in accounting in billing and accounts receivable roles. Strong understanding of billing processes and accounting principles. Familiarity with Government contracts. Experience in working in SAP. Intermediate Excel skills such as pivot tables, sum, ifs, vlookups Ability to work independently and have attention to detail. Salary Range:

$67,800 - $84,900 (San Jose, CA). Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
