CONTRACT TO HIRE

basis. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong operational accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple financial functions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Supports sales tax filings, licensing, SOS registrations, and legal documentation tracking Handles Divvy credit card reconciliations, expense tracking, and discrepancy resolution Assists with accounts receivable functions including cash applications and reconciliations Supports month-end close activities, journal entries, and audit documentation requests Maintains accurate financial records and ensures compliance with internal controls and company policies Partners cross-functionally with AP, AR, Tax, Compliance, and other accounting teams to support daily operations and financial accuracy

Qualifications:
