Accounting Specialist - Accounts Receivable

Haywood EMC is looking for a friendly face to greet our member-owners at our Waynesville headquarters in our lobby and drive-thru. The Accounting Specialist - Accounts Receivable position renders prompt, efficient, and courteous service and maintain records relating to members' cash collections and transactions received from consumers in payment for services.

Position is responsible for:

collecting all payments from mail, walk-in and drive thru members, posting payments accordingly processes and posts night deposit payments, service application charges, and other sales posts returns from lockbox in cash register when correct amount is determined enters address changes from walk-ins, drive thru and web contacts See the full job description to learn more!
