Hybrid (Tuesday and Thursday on-site)

Must Have Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant. CPA license or working towards it (at least one exam passed). Experience with SAP S4/Hana or similar ERP systems like Oracle. Leadership experience.

Coupa experience Public accounting experience Financial analysis Key Responsibilities Handle journal entries for product costing and complete monthly financial close. Prepare month-end financial statement analysis, key performance reports, and property tax reports/payments. Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and ensure compliance. Manage reporting for natural gas, electricity, and catalyst usage. Track capital projects and assist with audits, budget preparation, and quarterly updates. Prepare additional reports as requested by management. Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data. Supervise and mentor Accountant and Senior Accountant staff.
