Accounting/Finance Specialist

Job Summary:

Custom Home Builder located in Minnetonka area is looking for a full time Accounting/Financial Specialist to manage and execute all aspects of the company's accounting functions. The ideal candidate is a highly organized problem-solver who is comfortable wearing multiple hats

Essential Functions:

This individual will handle all aspects of payroll, accounts payable and receivable, job costing, human resources, audits, asset management, insurance, etc.

Skills:

Experience in full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, general ledger management and financial reporting. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Accounting Degree or 8 plus years of experience in all aspects of accounting. Proficiency in Quickbooks, strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills with construction accounting experience.

$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
