Back To Results Accounts Payable Job Description Accounts Payable - High Volume Our client located in the Macon Area is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.
Duties include:
Verifies and receives approval of all invoices for payment including matching purchase orders to invoices. Processes invoices in a timely manner in accordance with discounts available and due dates. Codes invoices with correct general ledger account(s) Keys invoices into system. Reconciles vendor statements. Answers all vendor inquiries. Analyzes vendor accounts. Maintains all accounts payable files. Assists with special projects as necessary Hourly rate 15.00 - 18.00 per hour with
