Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Summary Join a Growing, Team-Oriented Company Clancy Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing full-cycle accounts payable responsibilities while supporting month-end close and general accounting functions. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing, including invoice entry, GL coding, and payment processing Reconcile vendor statements and serve as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations Track and reconcile prepaid expenses and amortization schedules Support general bookkeeping and accounting functions Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Strong Excel skills required Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and reconciliation abilities Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Why Join Clancy Companies? $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
