We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk for a company located in Carrollton, TX. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling accounting and administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare and post invoices and payments Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with data entry and filing Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries Support the accounting department with additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting software is a plus Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, full-time schedule

Pay Rate:
