Role :

The Entry Level Accounts Payable position will be performing data entry and clerical work using Excel and bill.com to process and pay invoices.

Preferred Qualifications :

High School diploma or equilvalent Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilites :

Process and verify invoices using bill.com Will use Excel for other data-entry tasks. Other clerical duties such as fielding phone calls from vendors, etc.

Skills :

The required skills such as attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and bill.com are essential for accurately processing invoices. Specific training will also be provided in these programs.

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
