Full-Time / PermanentOur client, a growing and dynamic organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee a large-scale AP function supporting multiple business units. This individual will play a key role in driving operational consistency, strengthening internal processes, and leading a team through organizational growth.

Day to day:

Direct daily accounts payable operations across a multi-entity, high volume environmentLead a team of AP professionals, including shared-services resourcesEnsure timely and accurate invoice processing, payment execution, vendor maintenance, and issue resolutionMonitor aging activity, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accuracy of outstanding liabilitiesPartner closely with accounting and finance leadership during monthly close activities and reportingSupport ongoing process optimization initiatives and workflow enhancementsAssist with integration activities related to acquisitionsMaintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirementsDevelop reporting and analytical tools to improve performance and review trendsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field8+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in a large company setting2+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports in APBackground supporting high-volume AP operations in multi-location organizationsExperience improving operational performance through process enhancementsAdvanced Excel skills and experience working within ERP platformsExposure to ERP implementations, shared services environments, or acquisition integrationsPlease apply to Daniele.
