Accounts Payable Manager (Temporary)

Wheatland, PA | On-site Please Note - this is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming a full time employee in the future. About the Role The Accounts Payable Manager will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of invoices, payments, and vendor transactions. This temporary position requires strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, with the opportunity to contribute directly to the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. In this role, you will collaborate with AP clerks, the Finance team, and internal stakeholders to support smooth payment processes, maintain policy compliance, and assist with audit-related documentation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment, enjoys coaching and mentoring others, and has a strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement. Key Responsibilities Coach and guide AP clerks in the processing of invoices and payments in SAP, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Review vendor master changes and bank detail updates to maintain accuracy and help mitigate fraud risk. Manage Concur expense reporting, including user setup, credit card management, policy compliance, and reporting. Oversee payment processes, including weekly check and ACH runs, blocked items, capital invoice approvals, and cash forecasting. Support audits and maintain documentation for AP subledger reconciliations, GRIR accounts, lease reconciliations, and utility tracking. Qualifications 3-5 years of accounting experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in high-volume accounts payable, preferably within a manufacturing environment. College diploma in Accounting or a related field required. Proficiency in SAP and spreadsheet software. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and reporting platforms. Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members. Commitment to health and safety practices and reliable, full-time onsite attendance.Pay:
