Accounts Payable Representative

What Youll Do:

Process invoices using a cloud-based purchase requisition to invoice system . Maintain Accounts Payable subledger within SAP. Administer payment runs , ensuring proper approvals are in place before processing. Manage vendor setup and compliance (tax documents, electronic banking details). Reconcile vendor accounts and statements , investigating any discrepancies. Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely payments. Submit and manage paper-based invoices as needed. Provide backup support and cross-training for team members. Assist with periodic tax filings and participate in special projects .

What You Bring:

3-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills. Strong communication and organizational skills with superb attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively. SAP experience is a plus. Knowledge of Canada provincial sales tax, T4A/Releve 1, and 1099 processing is a bonus.
