$1500.00•Haigood & Campbell LLC in Archer City is growing and we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in Operations accounting. The ideal person should be proficient in Outlook and Excel and have experience using oil and gas accounting software to perform a wide range of duties. This person must be flexible in the daily tasks performed as directed by the needs of the group and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess a team player mindset and must be reliable in work attendance and meeting deadlines. REQUIREMENTS

MUST

LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF ARCHER CITY MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH A COMPUTER, MS WORD AND EXCEL, AND BE OPEN TO LEARNING NEW SOFTWARE. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF DATA ENTRY, OFFICE PROCEDURES AND BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE ATLEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING.

The various duties may include: Process/review accounts payable and open items reports Accounts Payable Journal entries Account reconciliations Invoice/expense coding (daily) Lubricants (purchase/transfer/reclass - daily) Tank monitoring Reconcile oil inventory (monthly) Maintain Safety Data Sheets (as needed) Update & distribute oil product code binder (as needed) DOT/truck inspections RCC access/calculate monthly commissions IFTA reporting & reconciliation Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
