Accounts Payable Specialist

Baugher and Company , owner /Operators of Cocoa Beach Surf Company, Radisson Resort at the Port, Cocoa Beach Suites, Four Points by Sheraton and other industries has an opening for an experienced accounts payable specialist to join our team. The Accounts Payable Specialist duties will entail: Prepare invoices for processing Ensure invoices and approvals are in compliance with Company policies and procedures. Reconcile invoices to purchase orders and packing slips Data entry of invoices Post invoices Researching & reconciliation of vendor statements Preparation of month-end accruals Maintain vendor payable files Other special projects and/or duties as assigned/required

Responsibilities :
