Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices, including three-way matching to purchase orders Collaborate with approvers and cross-functional departments to obtain timely payment approvals Enter invoices into the system, maintain supporting documentation, and assist with check run preparation Support ad hoc accounts payable projects and team initiatives as needed
