What You'll Do:

Own the AP inbox and manage vendor communications professionally and efficiently Process high-volume invoices with speed and accuracy Reconcile vendor statements and maintain clean, accurate ledgers Run weekly payments including ACH, wires, and checks Support month-end close and identify opportunities for process improvements

What You Bring:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2–3 years of full-cycle AP experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with solid Excel and communication skills As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be joining a company that values precision, accountability, and teamwork.
