Job Description:

Touch Dynamic, a leading POS manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on AP while providing occasional support to general office operations. What You'll Do Process invoices accurately with proper coding and approvals Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor records (W-9s, payment terms) Prepare and process payments (check, ACH, wire) Verify purchase orders against invoices Assist with internal transfers and warranty-related POs Communicate with vendors and internal teams Provide backup administrative support as needed What We're Looking For 2-5+ years of AP or related experience Strong attention to detail and organization Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills Dependable, accountable, team-oriented ERP experience (Acumatica a plus) Why Join Touch Dynamic Top Workplace 2025 Team-oriented, supportive culture Growth opportunities Full benefits + PTO Bagel Fridays Touch Dynamic - South Plainfield, NJ $24-$30/hour (based on experience)
